Pathfinders are now recognised as a Gold Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplace!
We achieved this by having at least 20% of our staff trained in MHFA.
This initiative recognises and rewards the many workplaces across Australia that are doing wonderful work in increasing mental health awareness in the workplace.
