This is an excellent opportunity to join a Non for Profit Organisation specializing in Children Services.

We are looking for a full time Corporate Services Officer to be based in Armidale

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a full range of administration and clerical support services, including filing and records management, routine database, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports to Manager.

Represent and organise meetings as directed by the Manager Corporate Services, including contribution to continuous learning, professional networks and relationships through the coordination of training, workshops, and arrangements of travel/accommodation for Senior Manager Corporate Services.

Assist with program development as directed by the Manager Corporate Services.

Communicate and liaise with Government and NGOs in the sector on various issues and encourage interagency approaches as facilitated by the Manager Corporate Services.

Establishing and maintaining filing systems as appropriate in agreement with Manager Corporate Services.

Assist with the coordination of staff training and travel arrangements where required.

Assist with recruitment of staff within the organisation.

Promote a professional image of Pathfinders to the Communities that we service.

This position is Level 4.1 under the Social, Community, Home Care and

Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (“the SCHDSI Award”)
