The NPSS program is a fee-for-service brokerage partnership between Pathfinders and Community Services and other NGOs, whereby a range of services are provided for children and young people in Out-of-Home-Care (OOHC) and their families through Individual Client Agreements (ICA).
The aim of the program is to enable children and young people, aged between 0 to 18 years who are living in OOHC, to interact with their parents and families in a safe and supportive environment.
The program provides supervised contact and mentoring for children or young people as well as providing support to carer’s through transport to appointments, preschool, respite placements and changes of placement.
