Using digital platforms to share our knowledge more effectively also means we can help build the foundation for social services across our communities. It’ll also make it easier for us to build stronger links in our regions and understand how we can help.
We want to share the work we’re doing in communities throughout New England and North West Tablelands and the mid North Coast of New South Wales and how our local networks are making a difference.
At our core everything that Pathfinders does is about community connections. These include connections with people who understand how we can help them and what programs we can use to provide support.
It’s also about community organisations, from Aboriginal organisations such as the Bila Muuji Aboriginal Health Service to the Northern Regional Aboriginal Alliance, to the major supermarket chains Coles, Aldi, and the University of New England cafeteria that all support food provision for our homelessness services.
We want our website to better explain and provide insight into how we connect with our communities, so that we can become even more effective at what we do and help to build community knowledge about how we can most effectively help each other.
