Working as a mentor has been a wonderful experience for me. Turning up each day offering emotional, and mental support is so rewarding. We are striving to support the young people in anyway possible. I feel so lucky to be part of such a supportive program and the young person’s journeys.

The NPSS SIL mentoring program has been one of the most practical and ambitious programs I have worked in. The way it has implemented has the potential to impact the lives of all its participants for the better. Thanks to the way Pathfinders is looking at new ways to support young people.
