The NPSS SIL mentoring program has been one of the most practical and ambitious programs I have worked in. The way it has implemented has the potential to impact the lives of all its participants for the better. Thanks to the way Pathfinders is looking at new ways to support young people. I am already seeing positive changes in the lives of the young people I’m working with.
