Celebrating International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD)

Today is International Day of People with Disability (IDPwD) which aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability.

This year’s theme is ‘Amplifying the Leadership of Persons with Disabilities for an Inclusive and Sustainable Future.’ Emphasising the importance of empowering 5.5 million individuals with a disability in Australia to be recognised for leadership roles, acknowledging the value of their voices and perspectives.

At Pathfinders, we’re proud to support this vision through our Support Your Path service, which provides tailored assistance to people with disability, empowering them to achieve their goals and actively participate in their communities.
