About Me
While growing up, I had close relatives and friends who had one form of disability or the other. They were deprived and perceived as burdens rather than potentials or assets. Also, they were often forgotten and excluded from society, and they had to live unhappy lives full of depression, hostility,
neglect and regrets. The regretted lives they had to live due to no fault of theirs made me develop a longing to prevent people from being deprived and neglected because of whatever challenges they may have in their lives. As a person with these previous encounters, I made up my mind to give
my best to help any individual with disabilities evolve into their best.
Back home, I worked with a Non-Governmental Organisation that rendered care and support to a group of individuals with various kinds of disabilities for a period of over 8 years, and this has been one of my priced experiences in life up until now.
I believe nobody should live a lower quality of life
because of whatever disadvantages they may have as
dictated by physical, environmental, biological or
psychological factors. Disabled people should be seen and
valued as individuals that can make awesome differences if
shown love, given the right guidance and support.
I’m passionate about bringing smiles, hope, and positive living to the lives of people living with a disability. Witnessing independence and enthusiasm fuels my dedication. I’m fully committed to supporting you in achieving your goals.
My interests include music, driving, and football, and I value reading, socialising, and helping others. I admire the Pathfinders team for making this dream a reality daily. There’s no better place to be than Pathfinders, either as a client or support worker.
