About me

I began my professional journey in Canberra, initially as a public service trainee and over the course of 16 years, I steadily progressed to the Executive Level within the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. Following a relocation to Coffs Harbour, my hometown, and embracing motherhood, I transitioned into the role of a customer service officer/supervisor at Roads and Maritime Services, dedicating over 5 years to this position.

Subsequently, I briefly served in a customer service capacity at Centrelink before reaching a pivotal juncture in my career. Driven by my passion for the disability sector, I courageously shifted gears and embarked on a new path. I spent time as a Local Area Coordinator, and later as an Early Childhood Service Manager for MNC and NNSW at Northcott, accumulating 4.5 years of valuable experience before joining Pathfinders in October 2023.

I am deeply committed to supporting individuals within our community, finding immense fulfillment in the challenges and rewards it brings.

This work serves as a constant reminder of the blessings in my own life, reinforcing my gratitude each day, especially as I provide for my two healthy children. I have a strong work ethic, I prioritise a person-centred approach, advocating for and fostering a healthy work-life balance. Moreover, I actively promote an atmosphere of enjoyment both in the workplace and within our community.

I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym or in nature along our breathtaking coastline of Coffs Harbour and I love to travel.
