Our Support Your Path team will be attending the Living Well Expo in Coffs Harbour.

The Living Well Expo is designed to bring people together in a welcoming space where older people, people with disability, and their carers can connect with local services and supports. With more than 50 information stalls, the Expo provides opportunities to learn about health, wellbeing, social supports, recreational activities, and community programs that help people stay active and connected.

We encourage community members to come along, visit the Pathfinders stall, and learn more about the supports available through the Support Your Path program.
