Community Services in the Northern Territory
Pathfinders has proudly expanded our services into the Northern Territory, strengthening our commitment to walking alongside individuals, families and communities across Australia. Our Northern Territory services reflect the same values that guide our work nationally respect, compassion, cultural safety and practical support while responding to the unique needs, strengths and aspirations of local communities.
The Palmerston office serves as a central hub for our Northern Territory programs, providing a welcoming space for participants, families, partners and community members. From this location, our local team delivers support services, coordinates programs, and works closely with community organisations to ensure support is responsive, respectful and grounded in local knowledge.

Pathways Forward – Pilot Program
