Pathfinders Out of Home Care Program provides a safe and nurturing environment for young people and who are in need of alternative accommodation due to being unable to live with their parents or foster carers. We are currently looking for an ITC House Manager in Armidale to assist in the Intensive Therapeutic care of these young people.

Role of the ITC House Manager
The ITC House Manager will develop and maintain a small core team of therapeutic youth workers to deliver Out of Home Care (OoHC) services in a therapeutic setting to Children and Young People in Care. The ITC House Manager will ensure the provision of a safe, nurturing and home-like environment for Children and Young People in residence.

This position is Level 5 and Pay Point 1 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Modern Award (“the SCHADS Award”)
