Celebrating Harmony Week Across Pathfinders

During Harmony Week (16–22 March 2026), our teams across Kempsey, Taree, Armidale and Inverell took the opportunity to come together and recognise the diversity within Pathfinders and the communities we support. This year’s theme of “Everyone Belongs” was reflected in the way teams connected, shared, and took part in activities throughout the week.

Staff marked the week with morning teas and afternoon teas, creating a relaxed space to connect, share stories and spend time together. Teams also took part in activities that highlighted culture and encouraged conversation about our different backgrounds and experiences. These moments gave everyone a chance to step back from day-to-day work and reflect on what makes each of us unique.

The week was a great reminder that belonging is something we actively create in our work every day. At Pathfinders, we support individuals, young people and families from a wide range of backgrounds, and our teams reflect that same diversity. Taking the time to recognise and celebrate this helps strengthen relationships within our teams and supports us to continue providing respectful, inclusive services in our communities.
