Toni Simmons has devoted more than 30 years to transformative youth work, with a significant focus on Aboriginal education, community engagement, and empowering at-risk young people.
His career spans challenging environments, including Skid Row in Redfern, managing group homes in the out-of-home care system, and serving as Resource Coordinator and Farm Manager at Pathfinders’ Tilbuster Station in Armidale, NSW. Toni’s unwavering commitment, innovative approaches, and measurable impact make him an outstanding candidate for the Youth Action Hall of Fame award.
