This week, Pathfinders proudly hosted the Clothesline Project in Armidale, Kempsey, and Inverell, as part of the global campaign for the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence. These events brought together local businesses, community members, and advocates, all standing united to support survivors and raise awareness about the devastating impacts of gender-based violence.
The Clothesline Project is a powerful visual display of T-shirts, each created by survivors of violence or in honour of someone affected. These artworks not only highlight the resilience and strength of survivors but also spark essential conversations about the urgent need to end gender-based violence.
The completed artworks will soon be on display in Armidale, Inverell, and Kempsey.
